About The Metropolis
The METROPOLIS, at 933 Peachtree Street has generated a great deal of interest in the Midtown condominium marketplace.
The success of the Metropolis can be attributed to three things: an affordable price range; a great location; and well-designed units that are very bright and feel larger because of the open floor plan. The units come with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, granite counters, breakfast bars and dark or light maple cabinetry. Baths are tiled, and most master baths have garden tubs and separate showers. Laundry connections are in each unit.
Each floor has trash chutes and service elevators. Storage units are available on each floor and on the parking decks. Security includes a 24-hour manned concierge desk.
The look of the individual units is ?loft-lite?. Very clean finishes, 10 foot ceilings with decorative exposed ventilation ducts. All pipes and wiring are hidden from view. The ceilings are unfinished concrete. Granite counters, cherry or maple cabinets and halogen lighting fixtures are standard finishes.
The Metropolis project is the first of its kind for the developers and for Midtown. The community continues the Midtown trend of urban-style development promoting home, work and entertainment all within a few blocks.
