About The Plaza Midtown

The Plaza Midtown at 950 West Peachtree will be a 550,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Midtown, on the block between 8th Street and Peachtree Place.
The development features 452 condominium units in two 20-story towers. There will be 70,000 square feet of street-level retail, dining and entertainment space, including a Publix supermarket, which has signed on to anchor the retail project.
Construction began in September 2004 with a goal of making the first units available in early 2006. The project is a joint venture between Selig Enterprises and the Daniel Corporation.
The sales agent representing the developer will be Morris & Raper.
We represent buyers, and focus primarily on Intown condominium properties. We've represented multiple buyers during the pre-sale of many new construction projects in Midtown. We provide our clients with insights to the property and the developer.
Our buyer clients will receive a detailed summary of the condominium declaration that will be prepared by our legal council.
The development will have approximately 490,000 square feet of residential area with 268 one-bedroom condos and 184 two-bedroom units. Unit sizes will range from 730 square feet to 1,250 square feet. Prices are expected to start in the high $180,000 range.
The developer plans to include hardwood floors, granite countertops, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, garden tubs and expansive balconies in each of the units. The project will include a parking deck for 881 cars, 40 on-street parking spaces and valet parking.
Between the two residential towers, above the retail space, there are plans for a one-acre plaza with a 2,500 square-foot swimming pool. Also on the plaza level will be a 3,500 square-foot clubroom and fitness center facility.
As with all new construction projects, details, including projected prices, are subject to change. Pre-sale dates are still being determined. Our clients will be informed of these important details as soon as they're made available.
