It is unlikely that any other consumer purchase will exceed the dollars per month cost of your home. We take very seriously our responsibilities to both our buying and listing clients. A responsible agent will never lose sight of the client?s best interest, especially if that interest is in conflict with the agents or brokerage. The ongoing trust and respect of our client base is the overriding priority at J.Rather and Associates.

Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services (our brokerage affiliation) is focused on individualized service in both buyer and seller representation. We develop specific marketing plans for each individual property listing and make modifications to that plan as the market and our customer needs dictate. While there are certainly larger brokerage options available in the Atlanta marketplace none is more focused on the in-town (Midtown, Morningside, Virginia Highlands, and Buckhead) marketplace. Our brokers each have over twenty years of experience in the Atlanta Real Estate market. There is a sense of 'team' in our brokerage. Our agents work together (co-op listings, assist in other agents Open Houses, participate in Realtor caravans) and communicate with each other more effectively than in an office with 150 agents. What we are not is a 'store', what we are is a specialty brokerage.

No single agency can meet the needs of all buyers and sellers, regardless of claims to the contrary. We take great pride in our individualized approach to our client base and the results that we have produced for both our listing and buyer clients. We provide weekly updates on the selling process to our listing clients. In all cases our selling clients participate in the development of the marketing strategy for their home. Our buyer clients receive insights into our particular markets that far exceed the multiple listing experience. We listen to our buyer clients, comprehend their needs and research the market to locate their optimum property.
