Julian Rather, Associate Broker, ABR, CSP
Julian Rather (Principal, Associate Broker, Atlanta Intown Real Estate) joined the brokerage in 2001 and acquired an ownership position in 2004. Julian leads Atlanta Intown’s top producing team J. Rather and Associates from his office at the Dakota Condominium (Seventh & Juniper Street). In 2008 Julian was one of the top 10 producing Intown Real Estate agents (Total Sales in units FMLS area 23: Midtown, Morningside, Virginia Highland, Ansley Park, Inman Park. Julian is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar club and has ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and CSP (New Contruction Specialist) designations.

Julian moved to Atlanta from New York City in August of 1977 (on the day Elvis Presley died). Julian has over twenty five years of professional sales and marketing experience. Prior to his entry in Real Estate, Julian directed the sales and marketing for a twenty million dollar apparel manufacturing partnership whose customer base included The Limited, Lands End, L.L. Bean and Polo / Ralph Lauren. He applies his corporate sales discipline to the marketing of his residential and condominium properties. Julian and his team represent both buyers and sellers (developers and individuals) with an emphasis on the “Intown” marketplace.

Community Service / Interests; Julian was the founding President of The Dakota Homeowners Association where he implemented a board and committee structure that guides one of Midtown’s premier condominium properties. He has previously served as President of the Hanover House Condominium Homeowners Association at Colony Square. In that capacity, he restructured the association, increased capitol reserves and implemented a complete renovation of the property’s common areas. Julian and Atlanta Intown are members of ULI (Urban Land Institute) a non profit education and research organization at the forefront of land use practices, smart growth and urban revitalization. Julian served as co-chair of AIDS WALK ATLANTA (1999-2001) developing corporate sponsors for this non profit organization.

Cindi Sokol
Cindi Sokol, a true native of Atlanta, has a real time perspective on our city's growth from the seventies into the new millennium.

Cindi grew up in the Briarhills area of Atlanta and experienced the make-over of Virginia Highlands, along with the resurrection of Midtown Atlanta. A graduate of Georgia State University, Cindi's professional endeavors have included Visual Design, Restaurant management and Internet marketing.

While the focus of Atlanta Intown's real estate practice is close-in Atlanta, Cindi has the additional perspective of a professional and living experience outside of the Perimeter. Cindi came to Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services in 2002 from Harry Norman Real Estate's Dunwoody office. Cindi is based in the Juniper Street office of Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services (located at The Dakota at Juniper & Seventh Street). As a member of the J.Rather and Associates sales team at Atlanta Intown, Cindi has both listing and sales experience in Single family, Condominium, and Investment properties.

Cindi has both the personal experience and brokerage resources to formulate a detailed and practical plan for both Buyer and Seller representation. Kyle Embler, #3 AGENT in Sales 2009

Adam Parker, EcoBroker
Adam has been fascinated with real estate for as long as he can remember. Growing up in Decatur, Adam is left as one of the few remaining true Atlanta natives. He was exposed to many of its diverse neighborhoods growing up, and has witnessed the dramatic changes over the years. Adam proceeded along a traditional career path after graduating from high school in metro Atlanta, then working on his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia and transferring to Auburn University to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management.

While at Auburn, he interned with Delta Air Lines in several different departments. Each assignment gave him a different perspective on the importance of outstanding customer care. After graduating from Auburn and before entering the exciting world of real estate full-time, he founded his own successful web-based company marketing high-end vehicles on eBay. Eryn Woodburn

Eryn Woodburn received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and has always been passionate about helping others.

Eryn was born in Atlanta, Georgia and has intimate knowledge of both city and suburban life. She currently lives in Midtown, but she has also lived in many other areas of the city.
